Tired of throwing away your sourdough discard? Look no further! These sourdough discard crackers are a great way to use it. The sourdough discard gives these crackers a wonderful tangy and savory flavor. I like to make them for my kids as an alternative to the unhealthy store bought cracker. I like knowing exactly what ingredients are going into the food that I’m feeding my family.

add your favorite seasonings, toppings or herbs to the base and you will have endless flavor combinations. My favorite part about this sourdough discard cracker recipe is that there is no rise time and they can be made in about 45 minuets.

Notes

Get creative and play around with flavor combinations!
Such as seeds, herbs, cheese and more!
The thinner you roll out the dough the crispier the cracker will be. If you want cracker for dipping then a thicker version would be better.
