- 1 cup All-Purpose flour
- 1 cup unfed sourdough starter
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1tsp salt

- Roll the dough as thin as possible, the thinner the dough is the crispier your crackers will be.
- Top with flaky sea salt for some added flavor.
- Get creative! try adding some of your favorite seasoning into the dough. I like everything bagel seasoning but you can add anything you want like fresh rosemary, Italian seasoning, or even Cajun seasoning.
How to make sourdough discard crackers
- Preheat your oven to 3 50 F degrees then mix all the dry ingredients together until well combined.
- Add the sourdough starter and melted butter and mix until a dough is formed.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minuets so the flour can be absorbed fully and to let the gluten relax.
